Before & After Gallery

As we age, our lower eyelids can begin to sag. The skin can stretch and fat can prolapse forward, giving a very tired appearance to the lower lids. Lower eyelid laser blepharoplasty in combination with fractional laser resurfacing can improve signs of aging.

Lower eyelid surgery can involve tiny skin incisions directly below the lash line or a laser incision on the inside of the eyelid. This internal transconjunctival laser blepharoplasty approach gives Dr. Scott access to the eyelid without visible incisions. The patient will look better sooner after surgery, and Dr. Scott will be better able to navigate your eyelid anatomy during surgery because there is less bruising and swelling to contend with in the treatment area.

Keep in mind that results vary according to the individual patient and the chosen procedure. Dr. Scott will explain all surgical procedures as any procedure, no matter how minor or major, has risks.
